DISCLAIMER

All of our products are hand-crafted and the end product may vary slightly from one another. This may include color, pattern placement, size and shape. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

Our current processing time is 5-7 days (from date of order to ship date). We try to get orders out as soon as possible but please keep in mind that ALL of our items are handmade and shipped out by one person.

Once you place your order, we will work on it as soon as we can. You will not get an email update until we create your shipping label and it is ready to be mailed out.

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns due to the fact that our items are handmade to your specific print and sizing needs! We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges may be made if your item(s) were received damaged. Please email us (shopcoastandcove@gmail.com) with photos and a detailed explanation. If we accept the exchange, you are responsible for any postage costs to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we can process your exchange for another item and we will take care of the shipping costs of the outgoing package.

 

SHIPPING POLICIY 

General
All shipping rates are calculated based on USPS and UPS rates. Please note all shipping services may be delayed due to COVID-19, weather or other circumstances.

Coast & Cove is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the unlikely circumstance this should occur, we recommend filing a USPS claim: www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Coast & Cove is not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer. Please note that if this occurs and the package is returned to Coast & Cove, the customer is responsible for any newly incurred shipping costs.

Domestic Shipping
USPS Standard and UPS 2-Day shipping are available on all domestic orders.

International Shipping
USPS Standard International shipping is available for all international orders. Please note that NO custom related charges are included in our shipping costs and all such associated charges (including, but not limited to import duties, VAT charges and custom fees) are the responsibility of the recipient. If items are rejected or returned, they will not be refunded (including shipping).
